LineFollower

The CheapBot Line Follower is a single board line follower solution. Looking down in front of the robot, it's two emitter and detector pairs detect changes in reflectivity, thereby indicating the presence or absence of a black line.

Features of the Line Follower

  1. Inexpensive
  2. Just bolt the line follower PCB to the bottom of the robot and plug its cable into the robot controller I/O
  3. Simple to program in BASIC

The price for the LineFollower version 1.0 (LineF) is $10.50 plus $4.00 S&H. The LineFollower kit contains all the necessary parts except for solder and hot glue.
